The house is perfect for 4 guests, thanks to the two double bedrooms, but can accommodate up to a total of 6 guests with the sofa bed in the living room. This elegant two-floor loft, with its modern and welcoming design, includes:

- A living room where the sofa bed is located, along with the dining area (table for four).

- A fully equipped kitchen, including a kettle and coffee machine.

- Two double bedrooms. The second bedroom, with its position on the mezzanine level, creates an intimate and reserved ambiance, typical of a true design loft.

- A bathroom with towels and a starter courtesy kit.

- A lovely, furnished terrace with a table and chairs.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a historic building. The elevator goes up to the 2nd floor, so it will be necessary to climb a flight of stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
