Villa Caterina is situated on a rock and surrounded by extensive countryside. Wooden ceilings, stone walls and antique Sicilian decorations define the character of this impressive villa.
The villa consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room features a large sofa and a 65-inch television, perfect for spending time together. Wide doors open onto the villaâs terrace, where you will feel suspended in the sky, with a sweeping view of the sea and the surrounding hills â an ideal setting for family breakfasts and lunches.
On the opposite side of the villa, there is a covered veranda with views, several gazebos and various areas for relaxation. By going up the stairs, you reach the 12-metre swimming pool, fully equipped with sun loungers that offer an excellent place to cool off. In the same area, a large gazebo and dining table create the perfect atmosphere for meals accompanied by the sounds of nature.
The bedrooms are all very spacious and equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi and internet are available throughout the villa. The property also offers charging stations for electric vehicles.
