The 4-bedroom house has three bedrooms with a separate bathroom to the first floor, and on the ground floor there's one bedroom, a large open-plan lounge & modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area.



All beds are made up with hotel-quality bedlinen, and towels are provided, together with toiletries.

→ Kitchen & Dining Area:

Our kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, electric stove, electric oven & washing machine. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.

The dining area has dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

- A mere 8-minute stroll to Droylsden Metrolink tram stop (just 20 mins into Central Manchester/Piccadilly Gardens).

- A quick 20-minute drive to central Manchester.

- Just 10 minutes by car to the M60 motorway.

- Less than a 30-minute drive to Manchester Airport.

- Only a 10-minute spin to Etihad Stadium (Manchester City FC) & the Co-op Live Arena - or 20 minutes by Metrolink



Other Things to Note:

Please note this property has a security camera at the front of the house for safety & security of the property, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors for cigarette smoke, humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio - it reports volume level in decibels).



Important: We are committed to protecting our properties so our guests are required to choose between paying a refundable £250 security deposit, or a non-refundable damage waiver for £35 (the waiver indemnifies you from £250 of accidental damages).



Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner Enso Connect, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.



Optional Fees:

We offer, subject to availability, for the following supplements:

Early Checkin – 2pm: £40

Early Checkin – 3pm: £20

Late Checkout – 12pm: £40

Late Checkout – 11am: £20



Any other requests that are earlier (for checkin) or later (for checkout) are subject to availability, and further supplements may apply.

These supplements will be collected via secure card payment through our booking system.
