Guests enter through the communal entrance of this purpose-built block, set back from the road for added privacy and quiet. Access is simple and secure, and once inside everything is on one level. You will also have use of your own allocated parking space in the private residents’ car park, making arrivals and daily outings easy and stress free.

The flat sits in a brilliant location just a three-minute stroll from Crystal Palace Park, one of London’s best green spaces with lakes, woodland, cafés and the famous dinosaurs. A short walk takes you to Crystal Palace’s vibrant Triangle, known for independent shops, antique markets and great weekend browsing. Penge West and Penge East stations are both close by, giving fast links into central London. Local favourites include The Bridge House, a cosy pub serving good food only five minutes away, and The Dolphin, well known for its huge pub garden and relaxed atmosphere.
