Crack open the nibbles and stretch out your legs while you find something to watch on the TV, and your pup discovers their snoozing spot on the rug. The kitchen is modern and ideal for creating your finest culinary dishes to suit every taste. Enjoy sunny evenings out on your lawn, where there is space for alfresco dining or the opportunity to marvel at the starlit sky before heading upstairs to one of two stylish bedrooms; one king-size and one twin room. The contemporary family shower room is also on this floor. When the sun rises, pop the kettle on and savour your morning coffee outdoors, along with pastries and the fresh seaside air.

If you’re hankering for a hearty pub meal, a traditional Cornish pub is also a 0.1-mile walk from the property, or alternatively, venture 0.5 miles into the centre of St. Agnes for a plethora of shops, cafes and pubs that offer delicious treats of every kind. For the walkers, the 630-mile South West Coast Path runs alongside the village, while those looking for family entertainment may want to visit the zoo, a trampoline park and the Sea Life Aquarium, all located in the surfing Mecca of Newquay, which are all within 12 miles.
