Whip up something tasty for everyone in the spacious kitchen while some of your guests lay the outdoor dining table for ten. Spend time playing board games, reading a book or having a little dip in the pool before heading upstairs to the land of nod. Be welcomed by five tastefully furnished bedrooms and a variety of washing facilities so each member of your party will be catered for. Mornings are yours to relish, with breakfast alfresco, getting in those lengths in the pool or savouring that first sip of coffee.

The quaint village of Walberswick is situated on your doorstep with activities, a sandy beach and endless walking spots to entertain everyone. If you brought your bikes, ride the circular cycle path to Southwold to experience a quintessential day at the beach, or ramble along the Suffolk Coast Path to Dunwich to spot local wildlife and birdlife. Join the locals with a hearty pub lunch at the nearby watering hole before spending the afternoon lazing on the sand with your favourite people in tow.
