A beautifully presented, modern and well equipped ground floor holiday apartment. Views of Swanage bay and Ballard down from the fabulous private decked area. Beautiful landscaped garden at the front of the property. Within easy walking distance ( less than five minutes ) of Swanage Town Centre and the super pier and of course the beach where you can explore many independent shops, cafes and restaurants, making the most of the close but quiet location. Enjoy making SeaBreeze your base to enjoy all of the local area or simply chill out and relax in the very pretty enclosed garden, or watch a movie in the stylish lounge filled with natural light, high ceilings and lovely views.
Bedroom: 1) King size, with large fitted wardrobe and door to the garden.
Bathroom: Modern bathroom suite with shower over bath, w.c. and hand basin
Lounge: Comfortable L shaped sofa, flat screen TV, patio doors out to the garden.
Kitchen/Breakfast Room: Very modern gloss units, contrasting worktops with electric oven, gas hob, integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine dining table and chairs, microwave, coffee machine and door leading out to the garden.
