The country-style kitchen/diner is well-equipped with everything a holiday chef could need, and in the lounge, unwind on the comfortable sofas and indulge in your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Down the hall, you'll find two inviting bedrooms, a spacious double room and a cosy twin. Completing the cottage's interior is a gleaming white shower room. For outdoor dining, make use of the private seating area equipped with a table, chairs, and a BBQ. Additionally, guests have access to shared gardens, where you'll find a giant chess set, a children's playground, and a seesaw, providing ample entertainment for younger guests. The central barn of the complex offers shared facilities, including table football, a pool table, arcade games, an indoor swimming pool, and a gym, a ensuring there's something for everyone.


Immerse yourself in the stunning natural beauty of the area, with a picturesque sandy beach less than 200 metres away, along with lovely pubs, shops, and eateries to explore. Take a leisurely walk along the scenic coastal path towards the Victorian town of Mundesley (4 miles), or venture to the Norfolk Broads and hire a boat to cruise the tranquil waters of this national park. History enthusiasts will appreciate visits to the National Trust property, Felbrigg Hall (11 miles), or the enchanting ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle (18 miles). For a fun-filled family day out, head to the adventure park of BeWILDerwood, situated 14 miles from the cottage.

- Swimming pool - The pool is available for each cottage to use with an allocated time each day between 11.00am to 4.00pm

- Shared laundry facilities available on site (free of charge to guests) with washing machine, tumble dryer, irons and ironing boards. Plus an ice machine for all to use

- Nearest shop and pub within 0.5 miles
