1 Bed in Middleton On The Wolds (oc-t32420)
A lovely hideaway in peaceful Middleton on the Wolds, this first-floor abode makes an idyllic retreat for couples. Sleeping two guests, the beautifully presented holiday home, which is 9 miles from Beverley, is perfect for exploring the undulating scenery of the magnificent Yorkshire Wolds. Head out from here on foot or bring your bikes to hop on the saddle and venture off on two wheels. Plan day trips to the coast at Bridlington, 21 miles away, or the Howardian Hills, 24 miles away. Visit Beverley to potter in the shops, dine out and see the minster. Historic York, where you can meander through the narrow lanes of the Shambles, walk along the city walls and explore another famous minster, is 23.5 miles away. The city of Hull, with its celebrated aquarium, is 17 miles from your base.
Arrive in Middleton-on-the-Wolds to find your comfortable bolthole is situated on the top floor of a lovely white-washed cottage. Let yourselves in, make your way up the stairs, and youâll be in accommodation that brings the old and the new together with ease. The kitchen area has been equipped with everything you are likely to need and there is a breakfast bar set into the peninsula. Sit at the breakfast bar or lounge on the sofa with a favourite show on the TV or a DVD. The double bedroom is a cosy space, with a charming bed, ample storage and a pretty window seat. The bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
The delightful courtyard, a very short walk opposite the property, is a lovely place for a coffee on sunny mornings. Fire up the BBQ and grill supper out in the fresh air, and make the most of the hot tub, don't forget your towels! There is space to store bikes and off-road parking for one car.
