This contemporary coastal retreat sits in the seaside resort of Woolacombe, on the rugged North Devon coast. The property, which boasts magnificent sea views, makes the ideal base for families and friends looking for a memorable seaside getaway. Woolacombe is a vibrant coastal village with an excellent choice of pubs and eateries, along with boutiques, gift stores, and surf shops. The sandy, 3-mile beach is the star attraction, offering endless opportunities for seaside walks, picnics on the sand, and a wide variety of water sports. There is also a collection of smaller, hidden coves dotted along this stretch of coastline, including Barricane Beach (0.5 miles) which is famous for its âcurries on the beachâ (served from the nearby cafe) in summer months. The South West Coast Path passes through Woolacombe, providing fabulous cliff-top walking routes with far-reaching sea views. The stretch towards Morte Point is particularly scenic.
The top-floor apartment is reached via a shared entrance. Inside, the decor is bright and contemporary, with subtle coastal hues and little nautical touches in the soft furnishings and accessories. After a day at the beach, unwind in the stylish lounge, where plush, velvet sofas are set around a Smart TV. On a hot day, open the doors to the balcony to let a gentle sea breeze flow in.
