A short walk from the beach in Southwold, this stylish home is a luxurious holiday destination for groups of friends or multi-generational family get-togethers. The rooms are spacious, bright and beautifully decorated, and the garden is spectacular.

This three-storey house has been thoughtfully designed for a relaxing holiday. The huge lounge has a beautiful parquet floor and walls painted in a soft, neutral colour - the perfect setting for cosy nights in. The kitchen/diner has Shaker-style cupboards and fitted appliances (including a wine fridge), a huge table and comfy armchairs. On the first floor, you’ll find the king-size room (with a single day bed), which has an en-suite shower room, plus a twin room and a bunk-bed room which has a single bed over a 4’ double. This floor is completed by a handsome family bathroom. On the top floor you’ll find another king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom with an additional single bed, both with vaulted ceilings and gorgeous views. They share an elegant shower room. From the dining area, doors lead to the patio with its BBQ and outdoor dining table. From here, there are steps up to an artificial grass lawn with an upholstered seating area - perfect for al fresco drinks - and a summer house with a pool table, bean bags and a Smart TV with games console. For more games, head to the garage where there’s table tennis to play indoors or out.

With so much to do in Southwold you may never leave town. Stroll the prom and play its eccentric slot machines, browse the boutiques and places to eat, try the putting green or experience a summertime theatre production, tour the famous Adnam’s Brewery or the iconic lighthouse, or watch a film at the Electric Picture Palace with its rising Wurlitzer organ.
