This 5 Star, 4-bedroom holiday cottage with stunning sea views, sits on the edge of Port Eynon beach - one of the most famous on Gower. The holiday home has been designed to take full advantage of the wonderful southerly location and sea views.
The living areas are on the 1st floor to take advantage of the seaside views, with bedrooms on the ground floor. It is separated from the public walk way by an enclosed garden with an individual patio. The holiday home has been built and furnished with great care by the owner and offers attractive holiday accommodation.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, built-in wardrobes and an en suite shower room, with wash hand basin, and WC.
Bedroom 2: 2 x single beds, built-in wardrobes and patio doors leading out onto the lawn.
Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds and hanging space.
Family Bathroom: 3-piece suite and shower over the bath.
First Floor
Reception/Dining Area: Overlooking the sea, comfortable soft seating for 7, a dining table and chairs, TV/DVD player, WiFi and patio doors leading onto a balcony.
Kitchen: Well-equipped and has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.
Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds and hanging space.
Cloakroom: WC and hand basin.
External: Off road parking and a southerly facing lawned garden.
