Upstairs, you will find a landing with space to sit and read, two refreshing family bathrooms and four more bedrooms: a cheerful bunk bedroom, a triple with three single beds, and two king-size rooms, one with a four-poster bed. Stepping outside, the enclosed front garden has a large lawn and a patio with garden furniture, ideal for dining alfresco and taking in the views out to sea.

The beach is less than 100 metres away, with the lighthouse, pier and model boating pond to the north. Southwold has some great pubs and restaurants, as well as a golf club, vintage cinema and the popular Maize Maze. Popular attractions including Henstead Exotic Gardens, Camel Park Oasis, RSPB Minsmere, Leiston Abbey and Benacre National Nature Reserve, all within 16 miles.
