Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms - a king-size and a triple - each boasting ample storage and captivating countryside vistas. There are three beds in the smaller room, with the two neighbouring single beds being available to merge into a king upon request.



A contemporary bathroom completes the layout, featuring a free-standing bath, separate shower cubicle, and WC.



Outside, the enclosed mature garden is a haven for both guests and pets. Enjoy al fresco dining, unwind with a drink as the sun sets, or delight in magical evenings under the stars. A welcoming firepit area adds to the charm, while the fantastic private hot tub invites you to relax and soak up the magnificent valley views. With off-road parking for three cars, every comfort has been considered.



The Annex is located on a small farm with animals who are in their own field/stables. Guests are able to interact with all the on-site animals!

Getting Around:

The nearest train station to The Annex is Tweedbank Station. Tweedbank is the terminus of the Borders Railway line, which provides a direct rail link north to Edinburgh Waverley. In addition, direct services can also be found operating to Galashiels.



A number of bus routes operate in Jedburgh offering access to Galashiels, Hawick, Kelso and Newcastle upon Tyne.
