The property is a bungalow villa, flat throughout, with an open-plan entry. There are threshold ramps at the front door and on the pool deck—the accessible bedroom featuresa a hi-lo function on one side of the bed. The accessible shower is roll-in and features a foldable wall seat and grab rails. Access to the garage is through the garage door. Hoists and slings are provided by the guests, and any equipment required can be hired from Orando Medical Supplies.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 4 PM & Check-out time is 10AM.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Only service animals are allowed, subject to an additional cleaning and allergy fee of £240.
- Parties and events are not allowed at the property.
- Guests are responsible for refilling supplies once depleted, which can be conveniently done at the local gas station.
- Pool heating is available for an additional charge of £30 per day, plus tax.

Please note that the Resort HOA applies a charge (Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee) of $35 per group stay, which grants access to the on-site clubhouse amenities. This fee is payable separately upon arrival at the Clubhouse reception desk.
