Loved the location. We stayed during the summer and it was quiet and beautiful. Would stay here again.
*Kitchen cookware and utensils could use some updating... if I'm nitpicking.
The owners have a wonderful place. Things were exactly as advertised and I'd be glad to rent again. Snowmass Village offers amenities that don't require driving to going Aspen: hot tubs, workout rooms, restaurants, and grocery stores. Highly recommended.
This property is in the very back and almost last group of condos on the top of the hill! Parking is limited to 1 vehicle, but to get a second spot in the early summer was very easy! Parking spaces are snug! There is an elevator, but park temporarily in the upper lot when unloading/loading to make it easier. They do have a cart to help too, but the wheel was flat, so a bit tough to maneuver! The place was clean and spacious and well decorated! Lots of extras in the kitchen (paper towels, foil, salt and pepper) but the refrigerator doors kept popping open when you closed one or the other so keep an eye on the door and make sure they are closed for the day or your drinks will be cool at best when you get back! Living room was a great place to sit back and relax with the family after a long day of hiking at Maroon Bells and golf in Aspen! Couches and chairs were welcoming and made you feel at home! There is no a/c and it did cool down decently quick, but when we arrived the heat was on and it was a bit toasty and difficult to cool on the first night. Two box fans were helpful in moving air! There was a third fan, but it squealed something terrible so it wasnât usable. Some of the windows are really close to the walkways outside or the bordering neighbors deck so you could be closer then you may like to others! The place was pretty empty while we were there so it was not an issue! Beds were super stiff/firm.Snowmass stores close early end of May and many not open!
Beautiful place. Large and suited our needs perfectly.
Very nice condo with a lot of light and windows. The check-in process was very smooth even though we arrived at 8 pm. Our only difficulty was the size of the parking space assigned. We had a large vehicle and it took up to 10 minutes each time we took the car out to get it parked when we returned. They do have an efficient shuttle service. Next time we'll probably try it.
We stayed at the top of the village for the first week of 2020. The check in process was a breeze, and the proximity to the dawdler run (maybe 25 feet) was superb. After stepping out of my skis, I was maybe 10s from being in the buildings elevator. The property was as described, and everything was clean upon our arrival.
We asked for a later checkout on our last day so we could get another half day of skiing in, and the front desk was able to accommodate in a matter of minutes!
Loved it, would stay again.
Top of Village is one of the nicest complexes in Snowmass and this is a great unit. ToV itself lists this as a "deluxe" rather than a nicer "premier" unit but I think that's just because it doesn't have stainless steel appliances, which in my view hardly matters. It's spacious, well maintained, nicely furnished, quiet, and was great for our two families with young kids. It's set up as two master suites with en suite bathrooms and then a separate 3rd BR with twin beds and a bath. For the summer, ceiling fans would have been a nice addition, especially with the high ceilings, but we brought (and left) a few extra box fans, which helped. No AC as per typical for Snowmass, but with the extra fans we were fine. Overall a great place to stay.
