Casale La Cascina is an ancient and cozy renovated stone house, located on a hill with an open view of the green Marche countryside and with an extraordinary view of the Sibillini Mountains. The house is spread over two floors and includes four bedrooms, a bright living area and a kitchen with dining area, connected to a furnished porch for outdoor dining. The well-kept garden surrounding the property is home to olive trees, hedges and tall trees. To complete this suggestive scenario, a salt-purified pool invites you to relax while admiring a view as far as the eye can see: a perfect setting for regenerating body and spirit, immersed in the rhythms of nature. The strategic location offers easy access to the cultural and natural attractions of the Marche region. Note. Inside the property there is a private annex that remains unoccupied during the stay of the guests.

The house has an area of about 200 square meters and is spread over two floors, communicating both internally and externally. GROUND FLOOR â Kitchen with dining area and access to the porch with dining table; living room; a bathroom with shower; laundry room. FIRST FLOOR â Living room with TV, two double bedrooms (150 cm wide beds), one with en suite bathroom with bathtub and the other with en suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms; a bathroom with bathtub.
Park:
The house is surrounded by about 3000 square meters of garden, located at an altitude of 540 m and bordered by hedges, fruit trees and olive trees. The garden is mostly flat around the house and the pool, which slopes gently down to the ground below. A porch with dining area and lounge offers great views of the surrounding countryside. On the opposite side of the house there is a shaded area with a barbecue. Outdoor parking is available on the property for up to three cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on the same level as the villa, about 7 meters away, accessible by going down 4 steps. Rectangular in shape; it measures 10 x 5 m with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.60 m and includes 5 submerged angular steps for access. PVC coated with salt purification. The teak solarium that surrounds it is furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
