● The property is on the ground floor and spread down to the lower -1 level. There is no lift available.

● There are 2 flights of stairs within the property. For families with children, a gate can be provided upon request.

Check-in Information:

● Guests can check in with the concierge from 3 PM - 5 PM on weekdays.

Late Check-in Fees

In addition, a £20 fee will be due if you arrive 2 hours after the agreed check-in time.
