Experience the absolute best of Falmouth from Gulls Way. Wake up to stunning panoramic views of Falmouth Bay and the Carrick Roads estuary from your living room, balcony and even your bed! Under new ownership and upgraded for 2026
Perfectly situated in the historic Packet Quays, you are just a 4 minute walk from Falmouth Town Centre's best artisan and curio shops, bars and restaurants. Crucially, you also have the invaluable benefit of a secure allocated private parking space directly opposite the apartment. It's the perfect central base for an unforgettable Cornish getaway.
Gulls Way is a comfortable compact apartment accessed via a small flight of stairs from the historic Old High Street.
The heart of Gulls Way is the living space, where wide patio doors frame a mesmerising living painting of Falmouth Bay. The view is the real entertainment: early risers can enjoy the spectacular sunrise over the water, and watch the busy harbour come to life, from sailing boats and gig rowers to the St Mawes ferry, as the tides ebb and flow. Even famous superyachts and large cruise liners regularly visit Falmouth which boasts the third deepest natural harbour in the World!
The living area features a comfy sofa, dining table for four, a smart TV, and a selection of board games for cozy evenings in. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished with stylish Cornish design wherever possible, including a beautiful central light made by Tom Raffield in Falmouth, and ocean inspired pieces from Cream Cornwall.
The well-designed galley kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, featuring a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven and hob. It boasts plenty of storage and styles locally designed glassware and tableware, making it a pleasure to prepare a light breakfast or a fresh seafood dinner.
Step out onto the bijou balcony (with seating for two) to soak up the marvellous location. It's the perfect spot for an evening toast with your favourite bottle of wine, or simply wrapping up in a snuggly blanket (provided) to watch the harbour lights after sunset.
Upstairs you'll find the charming, mezzanine style bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinets, and a wardrobe. Plug sockets include USB B and C charging ports. A porthole window allows a final glimpse of the water from your bed.
The bright bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, toilet, basin and a heated towel rail. Please note for taller guests that the headroom in the upstairs mezzanine is 6ft 4 (190cm) and slightly less in the shower.
Directly opposite the apartment is the secure allocated parking space which is lit 24/7 and is accessed via a keycard. The parking space is large enough for most vehicles but please note for very large SUV's the headroom is 6ft 5in 196cm.
Please note "pets" are not permitted.
