The Space:

A stylish, characterful two-bedroom terraced house in a superb central location, just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, Montpellier, and the area’s many independent shops, cafés and fantastic restaurants.



This beautifully presented home is warm, welcoming and full of personality, decorated with colourful artwork, lush green plants and touches of charm throughout. Many of the pieces you’ll spot have been collected from the owners’ travels around the world, giving the space a unique and homely feel.



The living room is a comfortable and inviting place to unwind after a day of exploring / working. Relax into the cosy furniture, surrounded by character and colour, and enjoy your favourite shows on the Smart TV (with all your usual apps). A perfect space to curl up with a book or glass of wine.



The dining area has a decorative wrought-iron fireplace and a solid oak table overlooking the private courtyard garden – a peaceful spot to enjoy meals or morning coffee. The open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly from here, well-equipped for longer stays with quality appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and everything you need for cooking at home.



Upstairs, there are two generous bedrooms. The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, plenty of storage and full-length mirror, while the second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe plus a dedicated workspace with desk and ergonomic chair - ideal if you need to work remotely during your stay.



The modern bathroom is sparklingly clean, with a large bath, perfect for unwinding after a day walking round town or exploring the Cotswolds. There's also a separate shower in cubicle with good water pressure for an energising start to the day.



Outside, the private courtyard is a lovely little spot for an evening drink or a quiet moment.



This much-loved home is available while the owner is away – and it really does feel like a home rather than a rental. Whether you’re visiting for a short break, work trip, or need a comfortable base while you move or renovate, you’ll find everything you need for a longer stay too.



The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk from Cheltenham town centre and the desirable Montpellier district with its boutiques, cafés and restaurants. Sandford Park, Imperial Gardens and Montpellier Gardens are all nearby for lovely walks, and the famous Cheltenham Lido is close by if you fancy an outdoor dip. Cheltenham General Hospital is a short walk away, so ideal if you're visiting or working there.



On-street permit parking is available for one car.

This is a much-loved home rather than a purpose-built holiday let, so you’ll notice some of the owner’s personal touches and belongings around the house – part of what gives it its warm, lived-in feel.
