Prainha Village is a seaside resort complex with direct access to Prainha and TrĂȘs IrmĂŁos Beach, just 2 km from Alvor and Praia da Rocha.
It offers a secure environment with private gardens, squares, and pedestrian-only paths.

The Townhouse Prainha Beach is a duplex villa located in the renowned Prainha Village, in Alvor, only 450 m from TrĂȘs IrmĂŁos Beach.
It accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring two suites on the first floor and a double sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor.
There are two full bathrooms, one in each suite, plus a guest WC on the ground floor.
Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, kitchen appliances, and washing machine.
The private patio includes a small lawn and a deck with outdoor dining space for six people.
Private parking is available directly next to the house.
Although close to Alvor and Praia da Rocha, Prainha Villageâs restricted vehicle access ensures a peaceful and secure atmosphere.
From April to October, guests have access to shared facilities, including three outdoor pools for adults and children, and two playgrounds.
The resort also features restaurants and a grocery store offering fresh produce and warm bread every morning.
Beach access to TrĂȘs IrmĂŁos is via the unique cliffside elevator built into the rock.
We aim to keep the house in perfect condition for you and for future guests. Please read these House Rules, part of the Accommodation Agreement accepted upon booking.
Treat the house, furniture, equipment, and linens with care.
If something is damaged or stops working, inform our concierge promptly so it can be repaired or replaced.
Always close windows and doors when leaving and turn off non-essential equipment, such as air conditioning, to prevent energy waste or risks.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible, subject to confirmation and availability. Early or late arrivals/departures may incur an additional fee, communicated in advance.
Extra Cleaning & Laundry Deposit
For certain seasonal or special event periods, an extra cleaning and laundry deposit of âŹ300 may be requested via Airbnb (Extra Services).
If not paid, the booking may be declined or cancelled.
If no extra cleaning is needed, the deposit is refunded within 8 days after check-out.
Tourist Tax
A municipal tourist tax applies to all guests aged 13 or older:
âŹ1 per person/night from 1 November to 31 March.
âŹ2 per person/night from 1 April to 31 October.
Charged for up to 7 consecutive nights per stay, according to the PortimĂŁo Municipal Regulation (effective since 14 March 2024).
Check-in Requirements
During or before check-in, all non-resident guests must provide basic details and valid identification documents, as required by Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and Portuguese law.
Pet Policy & Security Deposit
Small pets may be accepted upon prior approval.
A âŹ300 refundable security deposit will be requested via Airbnb after booking confirmation.
It will be fully refunded within 8 days of check-out if no damage or extra cleaning is required.
Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can update your booking.
Use of Prainha Village Facilities
As a guest of Townhouse Prainha Beach, you have complimentary access to most facilities at Prainha Village, such as pools, sports courts, and the mini-market.
Please note that these are closed from November to March.
