Villa Athena is located in Castelvetrano in the territory of the “Archaeological Park of Selinunte”, the largest in Europe, where you can admire the Greek temples dedicated to the Goddess Athena and the God Apollo.
The point where the city of Castelvetrano is located has always been a crossroads of trade and communication, being not far from many important centers of the region.

It is located 20 km from the city of Mazara del Vallo, on the western coast of Sicily, while south of Castelvetrano borders the town of Selinunte, a seaside resort among the most popular along with Porto Palo.

Villa Athena is immersed in the greenery, in a property of 14.000m2 of land, cultivated with olive groves, vineyards and fruit trees surrounded by flowers, plants and trees.
The villa develops on 2 levels, it has 4 bedrooms and it can accommodate 8 guests in total.

As soon as you enter, you will find a large and bright open space divided into 3 different zones: dining, sitting and reading corner. The furnishings have a vague Oriental style according to the taste of the owner, blended with some details recalling the Sicilian culture and traditions.

The large kitchen, overlooks the dining area and the from the large windows guests can enjoy the beautiful and lush vegetation that surrounds the villa and the wonderful colors of the flowers and plants that grow in the oasis.

As mentioned above, the bedrooms are four, two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Then, there are two bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and one with tub on the first floor.

Outside in the large garden, there is the swimming pool that is 14 x 7 meters large, provided with facilities, such as bathroom and shower. In the garden, there is also a patio with kitchen, BBQ and a fine Sicilian majolica table where guests can enjoy a delicious outdoor dinner.
