This is a truly stunning and elegant three-bedroom townhouse tucked away in the heart of Belgravia. It is spacious with a modern style that showcases wonderful furnishings and thoughtful personal design. An additional luxury of this property is the generous and private outdoor garden, a unique find in London. This home is perfect for families, professionals, or groups of friends seeking a comfortable and charming base in one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. This house is spread across three floors, and each floor showcases genuine character and comfort, with high-end design.

The Space:
As you enter the house, you are welcomed into a warm, inviting living room that is spacious and cosy with comfortable seating, stylish furnishings and soft lighting. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create a homely atmosphere, with the warm tones, exposed brickwork and natural light pouring into the space from the large glass doors that open into the garden. There is also a private office on this ground floor, ideal for working remotely.

As you walk down into the lower ground floor, you are welcomed by a modern, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is well-equipped with contemporary appliances and plenty of space for cooking. A long dining table sits in the corner of the room, opposite a cosy, private sitting area with a television. A lovely space to relax. The interiors are thoughtfully designed with a modern blend that gives a warm and homely feel. The tall glass doors offer a lovely view of the garden, and they also fill the space with natural light.

Upstairs, each bedroom has its own en-suite modern bathroom. The bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with high-end designs and a personal touch. The master bedroom is particularly impressive, featuring a superking bed and a beautiful bathroom with a freestanding bath and a separate walk-in shower. There is additionally a chic, large walk-in wardrobe and dressing room, connecting from the bedroom to the bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equally as elegant and spacious, each with modern fittings, plenty of storage, and fitted with a king-sized bed and a queen-sized bed.

The back of the house opens onto a wonderful, generous garden, split across two levels. The lower terrace provides space for outdoor dining and entertaining, while the upper level is more secluded, also with a seating area. Absolutely perfect for the summer months, to enjoy time outside and entertain.

Chelsea is a prestigious and prosperous area in Southwest London, surrounded by the River Thames. Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

Please note that there are three flights of stairs inside the property.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
