Villa Monteluce A is a welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps four people. From Villa Monteluce A you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Monteluce A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 14 km (8.7 miles) from Jesi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles), a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), the bus stop at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Senigallia beach) at 21 km (roughly 13 miles).
Villa Monteluce A is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby apartment. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

Parking
The parking area is shared with guests staying at another nearby apartment.  Patio
The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic pergolas with bamboo roof. It is equipped with a wood bench and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the hills.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
