Beautiful villa with sea views, private pool and a whirlpool located in a short drive distance from sandy beaches of Bovo Marina and Eraclea Minoa, Scala dei Turchi cliffs, Torre Salsa and Foce del Fuime Platani nature reserves. Within a 35 minutes’ drive you can reach Agrigento`s Valley of Temples. The villa is a short drive distance to amenities such supermarket and restaurants.

Developed over two floors connected by an external staircase, the villa has breath taking sea views from all over the property and also has a panoramic terrace on the second floor and a lovely terrace on the ground floor to enjoy an “aperitivo” or an “al fresco dining” in Italian style, contemplating a stunning sea view and enjoying the sea breeze.

The ground level is composed of a bright open living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofa, T.V, dining area with table and chairs, kitchen area, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms with shower, a small kitchen and a terrace.

Outside we find a private swimming pool with a whirlpool (5m x 11m – depth 30 cm to 170 cm - open from 01/03 to 30/11, depuration: salt) with sunbeds and lovely views. The outdoor porch has a dining table and chairs and is perfect for an “al fresco” dining or a barbecue.
