The accommodation (60 m2), as it is located on a hill, offers a panoramic view and is an excellent choice for those who want to spend their holidays away from the noisy areas of the island. The apartment is luxurious, modern and provides a private heated pool, free WiFi and private parking.

Internally it consists of a living room a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, electrical appliances, Nespresso machine), two bedrooms, a dining table and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and its own bathroom. There is also a large window, with full blackout curtains, which can be opened to give you full access to the pool area. Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with TVs and air conditioners.

Externally, is the swimming pool (12 m2) with hydromassage and a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and sunbeds, The entire exterior space is surrounded by built-in glass.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to all areas of the apartment.

Other things to note
The cleaning of the space and the change of linen is carried out at no extra charge and every third day. This frequency can be changed after communication and there will be an extra charge for the extra days (30€/day).

The swimming pool is provided free of charge, however, its heating is provided at an additional cost (50€/day). In case you're interested, please let us know at least two days before your arrival in order to activate the heating.
