A family-owned holiday home with an authentic summer vibe, only 150m from Platis Gialos beach and 10’ walking from the renowned beach club of Scorpios.
Furnished throughout with enchanting simplicity, in a color palette of grey and white, this single storey villa has four or five steps linking rooms in its split-level layout. Equally ideal for family or friends, the villa has one en-suite double bedroom and two ensuite twin bedrooms; a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances; and a greatly welcoming living room forming the heart of the house, with a dining area, comfy sofas, a smart TV and a great view. A door opens out from here to the sunny terrace, with inviting views of the Aegean Sea and a dining table for relaxing breakfast lunches or dinners, while the two sez long chairs offer an ideal spot to enjoy the colorful sunsets.
