- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, 42" TV with Netflix and Prime Video, chest of drawers, wardrobe with hangers, split air conditioning, and access to the private patio;

- BATHROOM with raised shower stall, sink, bidet, toilet, and washing machine;

- PRIVATE PATIO WITH GARDEN furnished with table, bench, and dining chairs, sun loungers, and an electric awning;

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax equal to € 1,00 per person, as required by the Municipality of Cavaion Veronese. Children under 14 are exempt.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The keys to the front door are located inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.
