In the living room, you'll find a sofa bed the size of a child double bed when flat.
This flat is cosy, well equipped and convenient for both a long and short stay for those based at the University.
The kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, electric hob and oven, toaster, microwave and more.
It is situated within easy reach of the motorway in under 10 minutes.
Guests can park on the drive in front of the gate.
Guests have sole use of the property and are welcome to come and go as they please.
