This is a modern 1 bedroom apartment with all modern facilities. The property is on the first floor entered by a communal stairs and landing. Once in your property there is a hall with a linen closet with spare bedding, duvet and pillows for the sofa bed (for your guests) and coat hook. To the right you will find the kitchen/ dinner and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all cooking facilities and equipment to include, washing machine and large fridge freezer. The lounge is equipped with all furnishing to be comfortable and homely with smart TV and network points for any devices you may have. The whole property is heated through underfloor heating via air source heat pump and each room has its own control to set the temperatures individually through the apartment. It has a very light and spacious feel thanks to high vaulted ceilings with velux windows in the lounge kitchen and bedroom.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower with both a rain shower and shower wand. It is a Jack and Jill entrance system so can be used as the day toilet or en-suite to the bedroom. The bedroom again has a smart TV and large double bed with high vaulted ceilings. It has network and 240 volt points on each bedside. In the apartment you will find all the details of emergency numbers, taxis, ferry terminal, take ways, restaurants, wifi passwords etc.
There is parking available on request for small to medium cars, there is a locked bike store available to residents only FOC and also immediately opposite is a public carpark which is free at night and has a very reasonable day rate.
The apartment itself is less that 2 minutes walk to the high street and 4 minute walk to Gosport Ferry taking you into Portsmouth City. If you are working in Portsmouth it has a shorter commute in time than many apartments directly in Portsmouth with the added advantage of a pleasant commute across Portsmouth Harbour.
