The property boasts a delightful outdoor space with a sun terrace, garden, and barbecue area, ideal for enjoying a fresco dining and soaking up the Mediterranean atmosphere. A fenced plot ensures privacy and security, while garden furniture allows you to unwind and enjoy the stunning sea and garden views.



Inside, the home features two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and one living room with a double sofa bed and flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen comes complete with modern appliances like a stove, fridge, oven, toaster, microwave, water kettle, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and dining table allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. There is one bathroom including a toilet, shower, hair dryer and washing machine.



Located just 20 meters from the rock beach and close to local amenities, La Casita offers convenience and tranquility. A restaurant and coffee shop are just 500 meters away, while Zadar old town is a short 13.2 km drive. With nearby attractions like the Krka National Park and Dalmaland Water Park, this holiday home provides an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Dalmatian coast.



Pets are allowed with notice and an extra charge of 10 euros per night.
