You`ll enjoy all the comfort and convenience of a modern, fully-equipped home, complete with a terrace for outdoor entertaining. Plus, you`ll be able to take advantage of a private lock-up garage connected to the building by a lift and make the most of your stay with our self-check-in procedure, quality bed linen and towels, high-end appliances, and top-notch MINK Homes customer service. Whether you`re travelling on business or leisure, there`s no better place to call home during your stay in Malta. Book now and indulge in luxury! The penthouse forms part of a larger complex which is well illuminated for safe access and has a lift and a staircase and a main door with lock. Just around the corner of the street you find a big supermarket and a commercial street with a wide variety of amenities. Other popular destinations such as Valletta, Sliema and St Julianâs can be reached by public transport or by a short drive. The apartment is fully equipped with items for your daily living needs such as wardrobes, hangers, iron, iron board, washing machine etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, glasses, cups, pots and pans and other kitchen utensils and appliances such as a fridge/freezer combi, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Upon arrival guests are provided with clean bed linen and towels, cleaning materials, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags etc. For optimal sleeping comfort in the colder winter months we offer duvets and a cozy blanket for the sofa. The apartment has mounted AC units for cooling and heating for the open space living, dining and kitchen area and the master bedroom. All apertures are double-glazed and have black-out curtains. The apartment also has a water pump installed for optimal water pressure. All appliances are electric except for the hob which is on gas. Bed dimensions are : Master bedroom 190x160 cm Bed sofa in living room 190x140 cm The penthouse is on the 4th floor and is in the form of a hallway leading to a master bedroom, a bathroom and an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living area leading to a spacious terrace with dining table with chairs and a lounge set. We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff` own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online. This property is managed by MINK Homes. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information. Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not. Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. Storage in the property (before check-in or after check-out) is not possible.
House Rules for Short Let Guests
Please take notice of our house rules to safeguard the wellbeing of the property and the neighborhood. We do not intend to issue fines and our aim is to guide you and make every rule and regulation as clear as possible to avoid misunderstandings.
âą No Parties & Noise: Keep voices low in common areas. Loud guests will be warned first; repeated noise will incur fines and possible lease termination and eviction. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.
âą No Smoking: Smoking inside the property or common areas is prohibited. Ignoring this results in a âŹ200 fine.
âą Registered Guests Only: All guests must be registered online. No unregistered guests are allowed, and bringing them in may end your stay immediately and incur a âŹ200 fine.
âą No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Bringing one may lead to immediate lease termination, eviction and fines.
âą Garbage: Separate waste and follow collection schedules. Improper disposal can result in a âŹ150 fine per bag. Garbage can be left inside if you`re unsure which we will take care of upon checkout.
âą Donât move furniture: Other than chairs, do not move furniture. This can cause damage to the floors and furniture and, cause a noise disturbance to the neighbors
âą Take care of keys; losing them costs âŹ25 plus key replacement.
âą Check-Out Time: Please leave by 10 AM. Late departures cost âŹ75/hour and could delay the next guestsâ arrival. If the cleaning staff cannot prepare the property in time due to your delayed checkout, potential cancellations and/or reimbursement costs will be invoiced to you.
âą Take care of the property and linen/towels: Donât stain the towels and bedlinen. Shower before using them to avoid leaving stains from lotions and sunscreen. Any damages will be reported and invoiced.
