Itâs in a residential building with families living there, so we have a strict no-party policy to make sure the property and neighbours are respected. There is also onsite security in place, so guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum and follow the house rules throughout their stay.

â Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Requests
Requests for early check-in or late check-out fall outside of our standard times and must be made through the Guest Portal only.
Such requests are subject to availability, are approved only once confirmed by our cleaning teams, and are confirmed only after payment has been made through the Guest Portal.
Until confirmation is received, the standard times of check-in at 16:00 hrs and check-out at 10:00 hrs remain in effect.
