At "Ma Maison Loft" you will feel at home. It is a unique 40m² loft overlooking Technopolis, 200m from the Kerameikos metro station, a breath away from the archaeological sites of Athens. Parking upon request with extra charge. Ultra fast Wi-Fi at +260Mbps through 5G network. Sleep on Egyptian cotton sheets, lift the electric sunshade and enjoy the sunset, relax in the comfortable armchairs watching satellite TV.

Yannis & Rena This is an open plan apartment consisted by one bedroom, a kitchen and a living room. The bedroom can be separated through very sophisticated plexiglass sliding doors that will ensure your privacy if needed. The bathroom is separated by a modern glass door. Let’s see the details:
•Ultra fast Wi-Fi internet at +260Mbps,
•Centralized heat/cold air system connected through channels which you control through two separate on-wall controllers,
•Centralized water heater system for immediate and continuous use of hot water,
•Security door, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit,
•Balcony with great views to Technopolis and the National Observatory. It has 2 comfortable stools where you can relax and enjoy your wine watching the beautiful sunset,
•Comfortable Italian design armchairs and a flat 28inch tv with a cable tv (nova) and a lot of free satellite channels plus a radio cd player. All of the above can be enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere with the help of the led spot lighting,
•Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, coffee machines (nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler. There are pots and cutleries, dishes, glasses, teapot, coffee kit and also coffee (nespresso and filter), sugar, tea (special kinds of Greece),
•Bathroom which has a shower cabin, hairdryer with extra 110 volts inlet
•Bedroom with a double bed with anatomic mattress, pillows and all weather quilt. There is a large closet with hangers for your clothes and personal items.
•The breakfast consists of coffees (espresso and filter), various kinds of teas, drinking chocolate, chamomille, wheat rusks, butter and greek honey.
For health and safety reasons smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This neighborhood is ideal if you want to discover Athens without using transportation. Acropolis and all the main archaeological sites and museums are just a breath away. At the same time Gazi is a very live neighborhood offering everything that you might need from cafes, restaurants, bars to supermarkets and bakeries. Monastiraki flea market is 800 meters away through a pavement road that is one of the most beautiful in Athens.
While it is central, it is very quiet and safe. The main advantage is that you will need about 15 minutes to get anywhere in the historical centre.
At the same time our home is 200 meters away from the metro station. Through metro network (Keramikos) you can go easily from the one side of the city to the other in order to see every corner and aspect of Athens. The daily travel card for all means of transportation costs 4,5€ and the five-day card costs 9€ which we can supply on your behalf upon request.
If you have a car then the National Highway is 2 kilometers away with easy access to both directions (North and South).
While it is central, it is very quiet and safe. The main advantage is that you will need about 15 minutes to get anywhere in the historical centre.
