I contacted the host a couple of times before our stay, they responded quickly. We had a wonderful stay. There was more than enough space for the 8 of us who stayed at the house. With 2 levels and 4 different areas to hangout in, this home would be great for families with children.The house could use some freshening up, some paint in the downstairs bathroom and a shower door, you couldn't turn the water up too high or there would be water on the floor. I also noticed a spider web on one of the lamp shades downstairs. The refrigerator in the kitchen didn't seem get our drinks cold, we used the refrigerator downstairs. Because of the weather we couldn't enjoy the pool or jacuzzi.

Size was great. Old house though. Appliances did not work well, dishwasher door doesn’t open all the way. Washer and dryer are on their last legs. House needs a good deep cleaning and refresh.

We were however a little surprised by some of the comments, as no concerns were brought to our attention at any point during your stay. We are always readily available and would have been happy to assist had we heard from you. While the home is not a new construction and is not advertised as such, the interior is consistently maintained and updated as needed, as reflected in the listing photos. All appliances, including the dishwasher and washer/dryer, are inspected and used by our cleaning team during every visit and were fully operational both before and after your stay. We have shared your feedback with our professional cleaning team and would have gladly sent them back during your stay had anything been brought to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back!

Great place to stay and relax

Our group was in town for a show and this was a great place to stay. It was comfortable and roomy. We were all able to feel at home and relax. I will definitely stay here again if available. It was a nice quiet place to stay and the pool was a bonus.

Home was very clean and plenty of hangout spots. Bedrooms were nice and beds comfortable. The kids lived the pool. It's large and nicely kept. Back porch patio was a favorite. Would recommend.
