We’ll definitely be back : The location was exceptional, as were the facilities. Brand new, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could need. Very clean. We were welcomed with water, a glass of port and some complimentary cream tarts. It was a bit noisy. Although we were on the third floor, you could hear every sound from the street. The stairs were too narrow, so it wasn’t very convenient getting to the room at the top.

Very good, something that could be improved for exceptional : The flat is luxurious, good or very good location (the street is a bit scary and there are homeless), facilities, Siemens appliances, integrated kitchen, tv 65', I had a duplex Arico, something uncomfortable to climb to the first floor, two bathrooms, good mattresses, pillows can be improved, new furniture, good sofa ... warm / price very well. The. The entrance instructions are not as clear as they should be, I recommend more light in the bathroom and a coat rack at the entrance. We had some slight problem with cleaning kit and pans. They are very inflexible in resolving problems but quick to respond.

I enjoyed "my little house" during a lovely stay in beautiful Porto: the location and the windows were great. Heating: there were air conditioners, but they didn't work, and when I asked about it in the app, I didn't get a response, even though I got immediate answers to other questions. There were electric heating elements, but they weren't always enough (there were also cold days and nights). I would recommend placing a kitchen towel in the kitchen and a towel in the separate toilet. The booking advertisement states that there is parking, but that is not correct. There are only a very limited number of free parking spaces, otherwise a maximum of 2 hours on the street, and the car parks are quite expensive. I did find a location, Alfandega do Porto Parking, within walking distance and quite reasonable in terms of cost.
