This is a spacious split-level apartment, perfectly located in popular Mijas Pueblo. Enjoy breathtaking sea views and the convenience of being within walking distance to countless restaurants, shops, tapas bars, and attractions. This prime location offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay!
Step onto any of our three large terraces to sunbathe, enjoy leisurely meals, and admire the stunning panoramic views stretching from the mountains and valleys down to the sea.
Both bedrooms have sea views and are configured as follows:
Master Bedroom: Features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and private sun terrace.
Bedroom 2: Equipped with two single beds.
Both bedrooms offer ample storage space and an additional bathroom with a shower is also available.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need such as filter coffee maker, toaster, oven, and fridge-freezer. It opens up to the dining area, which seats six, and the cozy lounge area with two sofas and a large smart TV, perfect for streaming Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more.
Our lovely apartment is situated in a peaceful urbanizaciĂłn in the charming Mijas Pueblo. Known for its picturesque cobbled streets and rich cultural heritage, Mijas offers a variety of attractions including historic churches, museums, vibrant bars, and activities for all ages.
Convenience:
A car isnât necessary as everything is within walking distance. For those wanting to explore further, a convenient bus stop is nearby, and taxis are plentiful and affordable. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away.
The large communal pool (unheated) is well-maintained, and boasts panoramic views. It has shower and toilet facilities and is open year-roundâperfect for sunny days! We also provide some folding sun loungers which you are welcome to use for relaxing by the pool.
There is free parking just outside the door, high-speed WiFi, and a separate WC/laundry room too - making this apartment ideal for both short or long stays.

All three floors are avialble for guests. There is 1 locked bathroom cupbord for cleaners and 1 locked door which has the access to the owners area/personal items

The apartment is set into the mountain side and you need to walk down/up a steep driveway to get from the front gate, to the elevator to the apartment. (approximately 15-20 meters) Please consider this if you have any mobility difficulties
Please note we cannot rent to groups age under 25 or to stag/hen/bachelor parties due to disappointing past experiences, thanks for your understanding.
All guests over 16 must provide their national ID at check in, as per Spanish law (decree 28/2016)
Our house rules are:
-No noise or music outside after 10pm
-Help avoid blocking the drains.... brush off sand before showering, donât put food down the sink, only toilet paper in WCâs.
-Store all food (in fridge or cupboards) overnight & donât leave anything on the terraces â it attracts unwanted pests
-No smoking
-Please donât sit on furniture if wearing sunscreen or wet swimwear, it can leave marks which are very difficult to clean
-Keep doors and windows closed if the air conditioning is on. Turn off the air conditioning in bedrooms if unoccupied. Turn off when you leave.
- Parents are responsible for their children in all areas of the property especially on the terraces & pool
