The property operates with a self check-in process. Once checked in, guests have full access to the entire property throughout their stay.

Holland Park is a short walk away, offering landscaped gardens, woodland walks, and even a Japanese Kyoto Garden. It’s a popular spot for morning jogs, weekend strolls, or a quiet escape in the middle of London.



Just under a mile away, Westfield London provides one of Europe’s largest shopping destinations, with everything from luxury boutiques to high-street brands, cinemas, and a wide choice of restaurants. Kensington High Street is also nearby, lined with cafés, bakeries, and local stores, while the wider Kensington area places you close to cultural landmarks such as the Design Museum and Olympia London. Other Things to Note:

• The apartment is located on the lower ground floor, which means it stays pleasantly cool and private. As with many homes at this level, it may receive less direct natural light during the day.

• Stairs are required to access flat and within garden



The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.

We rent mainly because we want to be able to cook and work remotely. The oven didn’t work at all and the owner never tried to remedy. As for the Wifi it was the worst connection we ever experienced. (My spouse had to rent shared space at a shared business center to attend her Zoom meetings). The place was clean except for the entrance stairs outside (covered with green algea). There was not ever a pinch of salt. Renters may not have to supply basic necessities but at least could leave whatever the previous guest left behind. There was not even a rag to clean the counter. Also, A coffee machine is a must nowadays. The TV never worked…. Communications were very poor. The reply was always “we are sorry for the disagreement…”. We are sorry we rented this in the first place.

Upon arriving at the home at our selected time. The lockbox battery was dead and we could not enter. We tried to reach Flyp Rentals for almost an hour. No response. We had to drive around london and get our own hotel for the night. The next morning after having to prove the lockbox was the problem. They gave us a different code. The place was dirty, supplies, except for cleaning supplies, were inadequate. bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. The toilet and taps were broken, and the ceiling was peeling. None of that was as bad as the overwhelming smell of sewer throughout the apartment. Response to us for a phone number was never ever provided. In my opinion I should be refunded for at least one night, if not 2. Very poor communication.
