THE PROPERTY
Secluded family home in 15 acres. Luxurious accommodation with feature bathrooms, exquisite bedrooms and entertaining space. Heated swimming pool, large patio and barbecue areas. Formal south-facing garden with private views over its extensive grounds. Well behaved dogs welcome by arrangement.

Grand entrance hall with oak panelling. Spacious lounge with woodburner, large family room equipped with Sky/Netflix. French doors opening onto swimming pool courtyard. Formal dining for 10, kitchen and utility with all modern appliances, breakfast room with patio doors leading to magnificent terrace and gardens/views. Private study with WIFI. Five elegant double bedrooms, three marble bathrooms, each with separate feature shower and bath, travertine tiles. 550 sq ft master suite with dressing room, walk-in wet room and underfloor heating.

Guests have full access to Manor House and garden.

Swimming Pool available May to September. During autumn and winter months, the pool can be made available for an additional fee to cover heating and chemicals.

Harambee Estate is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in southern England, offering guests both tranquility and convenience. The estate borders the South Downs National Park and the National Trust’s Ludshott Common, with miles of walking, cycling and riding trails leading directly from the property. Nearby beauty spots such as the Devil’s Punch Bowl, Waggoners Wells, and Hindhead Common provide endless opportunities to explore nature.

The neighbouring towns of Haslemere, Petersfield and Midhurst offer independent shops, farmers’ markets and traditional English pubs, while Guildford, Farnham and Chichester add theatres, galleries and historic landmarks. Food lovers will enjoy a wide choice of dining, from cosy local inns to acclaimed restaurants.
