Lying in Hunston which is on the route of Chichester Canal at the northern end of the Manhood Peninsula, the house is perfectly located for exploring the historic cathedral city, the sandy beaches at West Wittering, and the coastal charm of Selsey.
Enjoy open-plan living with a spacious lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all finished with exposed brick features, modern design and plenty of natural light. Outside, thereâs off-road parking for up to 5 cars and a large garden with BBQ.

With lots of space to park in the driveway, driving to the house is a good option. There are local bus services that connect you to Selsey and Chichester. Chichester has a railway station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Brighton, Portsmouth, and London.
