Just a mile east of Chichester, this stylish home is a true gem designed to offer up to 10 guests a luxurious stay. With parking right outside, you'll step into a chic 4-bedroom property spread across two floors. Enjoy two lounges, including an open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, plus a private garden. The convenient location makes it easy to drive or catch a bus into Chichester, while also offering great access to explore West Sussex and the southern coast of England.
The Space:
Discover this elegant 4 bedroom home just 1 mile outside Chichester City centre.
Hereâs a home thatâs in which every room demonstrates sleek and stylish interior design. There is a spacious open plan kitchen/family room. An open space with the ultra modern kitchen thatâs fully equipped with everything you could need. Thereâs seating space of two different kinds too, a sofa to relax on, and then thereâs the dining table where all guests can gather for meals, snacks or maybe work if you are staying in the area on business. Both the kitchen and family room have direct access to the garden at the rear of the property - so yet more space in which you can all socialise or just find a quiet spot to relax.
The other living space at the front of the house offers up more comfortable seating, the sofa bed and another digital TV with access to Freeview, so if you donât like what theyâre watching in the other room, you can come in here. Youâll also find a utility room adjacent to the kitchen in which you can attend to all your laundry needs and a WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find the quartet of bedrooms, all of which wouldnât look out of place in the brochure of a boutique hotel. The master features an ensuite. Guests using the other three bedrooms get to use the family bathroom which also has a tub with shower over.
All rooms give guests high quality storage space for their belongings, so be sure to unpack your suitcases and really make yourselves at home, however long youâre planning to stay.
Some other space thatâs well worth mentioning is the wealth of free parking space thatâs available outside of the property.

This large house for up to 10 guests is located to the east of Chichester city centre, about a mile away in a district known as Shopwyke. Here are some of the places nearby that you might want to visit:
Chichester city centre has a cathedral and all of the things youâd expect from a big city. Shops and coffee shops are here, so too department stores and a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants.
The beaches at West Wittering and Bracklesham Bay - youâre not far from the sea so why not check out a beach or two during your stay?
Bognor Regis - this famous holiday resort is not far from the house and well worth a day trip.
Goodwood Festival Of Speed / Race Course - whether itâs cars or horses you want to watch racing, staying in this house will make getting to and from the venue easy.
Getting Around:
Having parking space for multiple vehicles outside of the house makes driving here a good option for all guests. The house is easily accessed from the A27 that runs across East and West Sussex. But bringing a car is by no means essential as there is a bus stop very close to the house at which bus services call every 15 minutes to whisk you into Chichester and beyond. You can also order taxis, or why not take a brisk walk - itâs under 20 minutes to the city centre.
