ACHIEVE Lakefront Cabin sits on a 200-acre private farm with a 5-acre lake, tennis court, hiking trails, fishing, swimming, and breathtaking views.

We provide kayaks, life vests, tennis rackets, and firewood. Enjoy a serene getaway just 1 hour from NYC and 20 minutes from local ski resorts.

We welcome weddings, events, retreats, and family gatherings. Please inquire about associated costs.

Property Overview
Welcome to our lakefront farmhouse-style cabin/chalet, offering complete privacy and seclusion. While there are two other homes on the property (also owned by us), you’ll be staying in the ACHIEVE Lakefront Cabin. Follow the signage upon arrival. The entrance features a large black gate and a long paved driveway. You’ll receive your personalized gate code at check-in for secure access.

Reservations & Guests

Your reservation must include the correct number of people and pets.

Extra guests or visitors require approval and may incur fees.

Security cameras are at the front gate and in front of each home.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $100 fee, subject to availability.

Dream Chalet: 6 guests

Believe Chalet: 6 guests

Achieve Chalet: 8 guests

Suitable for family reunions, retreats, small weddings, birthdays, and corporate events

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM

Not suitable for large parties, loud groups, or disruptive events

Pet Policy

Pets are allowed but may not swim in the lake and then enter the home.

Pets should not go on beds or furniture unless dry and clean.

Bring extra towels for pets—guest towels are for human use only.

Fireplaces & Firepits

Firewood and matches provided; bring your own fire starters if needed.

Fires must always be attended and fully extinguished before leaving.

Tennis Court

Rackets provided; balls available when stocked

Please return equipment and leave the court tidy

Wildlife & Nature
The property is located in a forested area. You may see deer, foxes, coyotes, raccoons, bears, turkeys, turtles, snakes, and other wildlife. Insects such as bees, spiders, flies, and mosquitoes are common. Keep doors closed and take precautions while hiking.

Traveling with Babies & Kids

A crib with a new mattress is provided. Additional cribs available on request (based on availability).

Kid-friendly amenities can be arranged if needed.

House Rules

Treat the home as your own; excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.

All garbage must be taken to the bins at the front of the property.
