Bullpen Cotswolds Cottage Farm Stay With Pool:

Beautiful Cotswolds farm stay with an indoor heated pool, park area and access to visit Manor Farm onsite where you can meet and feed animals! The farm has plenty to keep children (and adults!) entertained. Little ones will love the dedicated kids’ playground with slides, seesaws, climbing frames and more. For bigger adventures, head to the woodland play area where you’ll find zip lines, swings, obstacle courses and treehouses. Around the farm there are also football nets, extra slides and other family-friendly spots to explore, making it the perfect place for all ages to enjoy.

Based nearby to popular tourist spots such as Burford, where you'll find Jeremy Clarkson's pub and shop 'The Farmers Dog', or pay a visit to Cotswolds Wildlife Park and Zoo, or head down to the river just a 5 minute walk away where you can paddle board and hire boats!
The space
The Bullpen is full of character with a modern farmhouse feel. Enjoy relaxing in the open planned living, kitchen and dining area. The downstairs bedroom has two single beds, then the two double bedrooms are up on mezzanine floors ether side of the barn.

SWIMMING POOL:
Enjoy our indoor heated pool which you can book privately during your stay at a cost of £20 for the hour. You'll receive instructions on how to do this 48 hours before your stay. The bookings are non-refundable so please book the slot you're going to attend that fits in with your holiday plans.

PARK AREA:
Just outside the barns is a large beautiful park for kids. Enjoy the wooden pirate ship, den, climbing frame, slide and trampoline! To the right is a 'mini park' for smaller children with plastic play equipment.

MANOR FARM ESTATE:
Our guests have complimentary access to visit Manor farm estate which is the beautiful family run farm on-site. You'll have an information leaflet in the barn upon arrival with more details and health and safety rules so please do read before hand! You can meet and greet the animals as well as feed them during your stay. They're very friendly a love to be visited!

WOODLAND PLAY AREA:
Manor farm estate has also got a beautiful woodland play area towards the back of the farm, wonder down to the woods to find the treehouse, obstacle course, zip line, tyre swings and you may even come across the farms piggy!

You'll be sent a key-code for a self-check in 48 hours before your stay. We will also send you directions on how to find us as well as a 'what3words' location pin to help.

There are 6 holiday barns on-site so please be mindful of other guests.

There is directions signed throughout the farm and a blackboard with where you can find your cottage.

You will have 1 car parking space per barn, however there are plenty of unallocated spaces you can park in too.

No EV charging on-site

Travel cots do not come with bed sheets due to health and safety reasons. Please bring any bedding for babies with you.
