â Ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and homely stay.
Welcome to our vibrant and welcoming 4-bedroom home! Thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, itâs the perfect base for families or groups to enjoy the area.
Step inside to a spacious hallway leading into a bright and airy living room. With warm wooden floors, cosy sofas, lush houseplants, and pops of colour, itâs a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The dining area, complete with a large table and piano, sits across from French doors that open onto the garden â great for family fun and evening drinks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything youâll need, including an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware. Thereâs even a breakfast table if you fancy a quick morning coffee before heading out.
Upstairs, youâll find four comfortable bedrooms:
Master bedroom: a large, bright space with a king sized bed and bay window.
Second bedroom: a charming bedroom with a queen bed and a single sofa bed for extra sleeping space.
Third bedroom: a bright room with a double bed, decorated in calming purple tones.
Fourth bedroom: a cosy single room with a small single bed suitable for a child or small adult.
The main bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower and sink, with a separate WC right next door. Thereâs also a convenient downstairs WC.
Outside, you can unwind in the sunshine in a private, enclosed garden complete with a patio and outdoor seating.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the first days of your stay. Should you require more, it is only a few minutes walk to the nearest supermarket.
The property does not have an allocated parking space, however free parking can be found on our street or on nearby streets, subject to availability.
Whether you're here for a weekend escape or a longer seaside retreat, our home offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and relaxation. We look forward to hosting you!

âThe single bed in bedroom 4 may not be big enough for very large or very tall adults and is recommended only for children or small adults.
âCheck-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A ÂŁ65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleanerâs schedule.
â Parties and smoking will not be tolerated â an extra fee of ÂŁ250 will apply should any house rules be broken.
â Travel cots with mattress can be provided at an additional cost of ÂŁ45. Please message us beforehand so that we can confirm availability. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the KeysÂź team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the KeysÂź Property Readiness Standard.
