This spacious 2-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for small groups or families looking for a stylish yet homely base in Hove. The apartment is filled with natural light from both a sunrise and a sunset and has been thoughtfully styled with a modern coastal touch. Relax in the bright living area, complete with a Smart TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming your favourite shows on Netflix or Prime. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern amenities, a washing machine, microwave – perfect for preparing group meals. There are two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate extra guests.

Just a short stroll from Hove Beach and the vibrant cafes and shops, this is the ideal spot to enjoy coastal walks, beach days, and easy trips into Brighton.

Hove Sunrise is moments away from 'Hove Beach Park', part of the exciting Kingsway to the Sea project, which offers something for everyone. The new seafront park includes a state-of-the-art skate plaza, pump track, and roller area, alongside tennis and padel courts, landscaped gardens, and pathways perfect for strolls. Visitors can enjoy the outdoor sports hub with its café, terrace, and facilities, while Hove Lagoon has also been upgraded with refurbished amenities and green spaces. Soon, a sand sports zone will open for beach volleyball and more, adding to the vibrant mix of activities.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, cookware, crockery, and complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper – so please help yourself! There are two comfortable bedrooms with hotel-quality linens, plus a double sofa bed in the living area to accommodate extra guests.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a bath-shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

The apartment is on the top floor, 35 steps up to the flat, and is not suitable for guests with mobility disabilities.

Our Guest Promise

We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!

Check-In

We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.

Damage Deposit

We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.

Smoking

To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.

Noise

To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a ÂŁ50 per hour fee.

Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:

Wash up the used dishes.
Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.
Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.
Switch off the lights.
Close all windows.
Turn down the heating.
These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.

The lead guest must be 21 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the majority of guests are under this age. If unsure, please contact us before booking please.

A Quick Note on Deposits and Property Care

If any of the above guidelines aren’t followed, we may need to make deductions from your deposit to cover additional cleaning or damages. We hope that’s never necessary!
