It's also only 10 meters from Lake Como, where you can enjoy relaxing walks along the lakeside or explore the surrounding mountains and trails, such as San Martino, Due Mani, Resegone, and Magnodeno. The train station is approximately 500 meters away.
Located on the fourth floor of a 1930s building (without elevator), the apartment is part of a well-maintained and recently renovated historic complex in the heart of Lecco, characterized by generous spaces and excellent upkeep.
Furnished in a modern style, the apartment is accessed via an entrance hallway that leads to all rooms. The kitchen features a small balcony with panoramic mountain views and comes fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer, traditional and microwave ovens, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso De’ Longhi coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils.
