Villa Silara is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 13 people. From Villa Silara you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Silara is 420 square meters (4500 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5.8 km (3.6 miles) from the historical center of Maratea, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles), a grocery store at 3.3 km (roughly 2 miles), the train station at 2.1 km (roughly 1.3 miles) and the closest beach (Cala Jannita beach) at roughly 750 meters (820 yards) including 100 stairway steps.
You will reach Villa Silara from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Silara you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6.5 meters (21 feet) large by 12.5 meters (41 feet) long, 2.3 meters (7.5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has an oval shape. It is an infinity pool and is filled with salt water. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 120 square meters (1290 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola and by awnings. It is equipped with small sofas, armchairs and masonry benches and with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet). It is partly shaded by imposing trees. The garden is equipped with wood benches. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include two sofas, four armchairs and a desk. There is an elegant fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room also has a window.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through a stone arched opening. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has two windows.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area. Laundry room
