Completed in 2025, Villa MareIva is a stylish private residence located just 150 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of Pozzallo, on the southernmost tip of Sicily. Surrounded by a peaceful and private setting, it’s the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation with all the comforts of modern living.

The beach is just a short walk away and features golden sand and crystal-clear water. Nearby, you'll find well-equipped beach clubs like Tiky Beach and seafront restaurants where you can enjoy local specialties at sunset. The lively town center of Pozzallo is only 2 km away and offers a wide range of services, including supermarkets, shops, bars, and traditional eateries.
Villa MareIva offers spacious and bright interiors, tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The villa includes 5 air-conditioned bedrooms and 6 modern bathrooms, designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area—with large glass doors—opens directly onto the pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

Outside, guests can enjoy a stunning saltwater infinity pool (10x4 m), a large sun terrace with loungers, a covered veranda perfect for al fresco dining (up to 10 people), and private on-site parking.

Pool heating is available upon request: €500 per week from December to March, and €300 during the rest of the year (request must be made at least 7 days before check-in). In cooler months, the water can reach 28–29°C; using the pool cover at night is recommended to maintain the temperature.
