The fully equipped kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for cooking at home â including a full oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cookware, utensils, crockery, and glassware. Whether youâre making breakfast or preparing a cosy dinner, youâll feel right at home.

This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 11pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.
Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of ÂŁ500 and you may be asked to leave.
Please note that a minimum of ÂŁ100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a ÂŁ50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
