We kindly ask that you donât smoke inside the apartment, but youâre welcome to use the designated outdoor smoking area. Please note that the balcony is not in use for safety and security reasons. The latest check-in time is 12:00 AM. Optional services include early check-in or late check-out at ÂŁ10/hour, a mid-stay clean for ÂŁ20, and a post-check-out deep clean for ÂŁ25. Lost key replacement is ÂŁ50, fob replacement is ÂŁ80, and any call-outs incur a ÂŁ50 fee. We maintain a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere and truly appreciate your help in keeping it that way.
